Scarlet Creative Castile Lodge

Image
Scarlet Creative Castile Lodge The Scarlet Creative Castile Lodge. I remember seeing this house on a sale recently and loved the woody textures for the Autumn/Fall season. So, that is exactly what I tried to portray when decorating this build! Scarlet Creative Castile Lodge - Outside Deck For the outside deck of the Scarlet Creative Castile Lodge I decided to make a combination of palms but cozy outside decor. I took the background out from an Onsu building and added it to the Castile Lodge. I love how it adds that background effect that makes you feel like you are viewing the cliffs and the sea at a distance. Ontop of this, I also added grass with lights on it from Finca. Also featuring on the outside deck is Backbone, Consignment, WRONG, Tarte, Hive, Nutmeg/Reka and Chez Moi. Scarlet Creative Castile Lodge - Hallway Entrance As you walk in you are faced with the complete Apple Fall decor section in one corner of the lodge. Then when you turn to another part of the hallway you ar...

Apple Fall Chelsea Townhouse

Image
Apple Fall Chelsea Townhouse So, I decided to decorate and design the Apple Fall Chelsea Townhouse. This house definitely reminds me of the houses I see in London. So, I thought I would start with the Apple Fall Chelsea Townhouse. Apple Fall Chelsea Townhouse - Living room When you first walk into the house, on the right hand side you are greeted with the living room featuring Dust Bunny, Apple Fall, Nutmeg, Hive, Soy, Pitaya and many more. Apple Fall Chelsea Townhouse - Kitchen Following on from the corridor is the kitchen. This kitchen is the Hive Modern Farmhouse kitchen. I like how it adds an older but traditional feel to the room. The Apron on the wall is also another piece from Hive! Also featuring is What Next, Broken Arrows, Dust Bunny, Chic Chica, KraftWork, Vespertine and Fancy Decor. On the other side of the kitchen we have the laundry area. This set is of course by Dust Bunny from their Laundry Corner set. By the sides of this we have the Tarte Birdcages to make it eve...

Piggy's Onsu Skybox

Image
Welcome to my blog!! Today I will be featuring certain parts of my Onsu Skybox in Second Life. My bedroom was inspired by my love of all things pink, plants, different, dust bunny and girly. Mixed in with a bit of Halloween decor that looked pretty but not clashing with the rest of the furniture in my skybox! I wanted to make something unique and personal. Next up we have my hallway. Inspired by all things animal and tropical. I'm a lover of animals and pretty things. The dust bunny plants and the parrots remind me a lot of my Florida holidays. The cats represent the two rascals I have at home :) With this particular piece I wanted to represent the unusual yet unexpecting side of my heritage. As well as being of British stock through the generations dating back to at least the 1300s - 1400s, I was surprised to see Middle Eastern in my background. My DNA has since been updated and that Middle Eastern has now turned into Egyptian!! I suspect that this might have to do with the Barbar...
